You are welcome to call in personally to make an appointment but please note you will not be seen by an optometrist at this time. You can also write to request an appointment. Remember, a referral or letter of introduction from your eye care practitioner is required if you are under continuing or current eye care. In addition, patients who have attended an optometrist in the last 2 years are requested to bring a letter of introduction or referral from the optometrist.
