The VES Participating Optometrist Directory  lists the current contact details of providers in country Victoria that Application_Formparticipate in the Victorian Eyecare Service. The providers are listed in the directory alphabetically by town. 

The VES Participating Optometrist Directory should be read in conjunction the VES application form and information brochure which provides more detail about the Victorian Eyecare Service. If you would like to utilise the Service, the quickest and easiest way to apply is via our online submission form

From this directory, Victorian pensioners who live in country Victoria can choose their VES provider and make their own appointment for an eye examination.

All optometry practices, optometrists and ophthalmologists participating in the Victorian Eyecare Service are approved by the Australian College of Optometry.
