Kett Optometry Museum
ACO proudly opened the new Kett Optometry Museum in 2019.
The state of the art museum houses a world class collection of equipment, instruments, spectacles, books, paintings and objects relating to the history of optometry and optometric education. Items in the collection date from the 17th century and provide a record of the remarkable changes and developments in optometry and ophthalmology over 300 years.
ACO members and the general public are welcome to visit the museum based at the ACO in Carlton.
