The Book of Visual Perception: A Web Book  Peter K. Kaiser. York University - a graphical guide to visual perception. 
The Australian Prescription Products Guide (alternative to MIMS) This guide is updated monthly and includes all OTC and prescription drugs. Must register to use it (no cost).
Merck Manual General medical diagnosis and management, including ophthalmology (section 8). 
The Cochrane Library The Cochrane Library is a collection of six databases that contain different types of high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making, and a seventh database that provides information about groups in The Cochrane Collaboration.
