The course features a range of sessions, presented by a number of highly experienced practitioners. Regardless of practice location or size, support staff in all practices are exposed to common experiences that draw on their knowledge and skills. By the end of the course, your support staff will know a lot more about optometry, including the fundamentals of frames and lenses, how to encourage loyalty in your customers, information technology and software solutions in optometry practices and more. |
