The ACO is proud to announce that our Head of Satellite Clinics, Mae Chong is advising the Victorian Blind Football League as they develop classification systems and providing classification to vision impaired athletes.
Classification is an important part of disabled sports and ensures inclusion as athletes with a more severe impairment are not disadvantaged. The ACO is proud to support inclusion and participation in blind sports.
The VFL Blind league grand final between Bulldogs and St Kilda concluded earlier this month with a nail-biting finish, as the Bulldogs snatched victory from the Saints in the final seconds, winning 68-58. You can watch some of the match highlights here.
